Frequently Asked Questions
The interview process typically involves 3-4 rounds, including an initial screening, one or two rounds with hiring managers or team members, and potentially a final round with a senior leader. Some roles may also include a technical assessment or a case study. We will inform you of the specific stages for your role.
Interviews usually combine behavioral questions, situational questions, and discussions about your experience and skills relevant to the role. For technical roles, you may have technical challenges or coding assessments.
Yes, absolutely! Sending a personalized thank-you email within 24 hours of your interview is highly recommended. Reiterate your interest in the role, mention specific points from your conversation, and briefly remind the interviewer of why you’re a strong fit.
If you encounter technical difficulties, try to resolve them quickly. If you can’t, immediately communicate the issue to your interviewer or recruiter. We understand that technical glitches can happen.
Please notify your recruiter as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate your request. You might also be able to self-reschedule your interview via the self-scheduling email, if this was provided.

Yes. As a final step in our recruitment process we will ask you to provide contact details of professional referees as well as proof of qualifications, when it is an essential for the role or to meet regulatory or legislative requirements. We will inform you if we use a third party provider to conduct a background check in your location.
Our recruitment processes do not include AI systems that make autonomous decisions impacting individuals’ rights without human oversight. Inputs and outputs of the system have been validated by humans and answers are based on algorithms that analyse previous data with which the system has been trained. We use SmartRecruiters as our applicant tracking system and to schedule interviews. Gemini is used to summarize notes from interviews and to refine job descriptions and social media messaging.
