How We Walk the Talk on Sustainability Inside our Team

Hiring Process
Our recruitment processes do not include AI systems that make autonomous decisions impacting individuals' rights without human oversight. Inputs and outputs of the system have been validated by humans and answers are based on algorithms that analyse previous data with which the system has been trained. We use SmartRecruiters as our applicant tracking system and to schedule interviews. Gemini is used to summarize notes from interviews and Chat GPT, LinkedIn and include are used to enhance job descriptions and social media messaging. AssessFirst is used to support talent assessment decisions.

There are usually four steps in our hiring process

  1. Learn more about us and the hiring process for your role during a short meeting with our recruitment team.

  2. Meet potential new teammates and learn more about the job you’ve applied for.

  3. Completion of role-specific tasks and discussion with the team leader.

  4. Reference checks and job offer.

We aim to keep our hiring process efficient, flexible and purposeful. Key roles may require additional steps.
