I further acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time in future, which however shall not have retrospective binding effect (i.e. the withdrawal of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of transfer of my personal information based on my consent before its withdrawal). I fully acknowledge that withdrawal of my consent could result in material adverse impact on above processing purposes (e.g. EcoVadis’ failure to continue to provide the services/functions as I have requested previously) and I shall cooperate with EcoVadis to find a proper solution to this effect.
