As part of AI governance efforts, we continuously assess the maturity of our Machine Learning Operations to identify AI-related risks collaboratively.
We invest in risk mitigation and compliance, including adherence to rapidly evolving regulations (e.g., EU AI Act), continuous assessment of AI-related risks and the application of AI safety and security mechanisms to mitigate risks.

The Questionnaire utilizes our proprietary AI tools to review and verify submitted supplier documents, delivering an evidence-backed risk score within minutes. AI analyzes supplier responses and provides granular risk insights, highlighting supplier strengths and improvement areas to drive them toward action and compliance.
In IQ Plus, AI-Powered DocScan scans up to 30M documents monthly. It retrieves up to 27 verified sustainability documents per supplier, giving your team a robust, evidence-backed risk profile to focus on strategy.
LNM instantly screens over 400,000 sources across eight languages in real-time. Our AI delivers analyst-validated News Summaries, Theme, and Sentiment Analysis for maximum actionability against emerging supplier risks.
Human expertise powered by technology
While AI plays a vital role in supporting our assessments, every EcoVadis rating undergoes human review. Each assessment is evaluated by at least two analysts to ensure reliability and quality. An external committee, including international sustainability and sustainable procurement experts, also regularly reviews the assessment process and scoring methodology.
