EcoVadis collects your personal data, which you provide in connection with creation of the Recording such as e-mail address, full name, position, image and voice.
You have the entire capacity to decide whether you want to create a Recording and share the personal data included in the Recordings provided to us.
You are not obliged to give your consent, if you do not want to provide us your personal data you should not participate in a Recording. There will be no consequences of failure to give the consent. Granting the consent depends only on you and its signing is voluntary.
Right to Revoke: You have the right to revoke the consent at any time by giving us written notice of your revocation and submitting it to EcoVadis’ marketing department at the email address: marketing@ecovadis.com. Please understand that revocation of the consent will not affect any action EcoVadis took in reliance of the consent before receiving your revocation.
Right to Access: You have a right to request from EcoVadis to access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – CNIL3 Place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07, if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the General Data Protection Regulation.
Legal Basis for the Processing: Within the scope of European law, your Data shall be processed based on a consent given by you according to Article 6 point 1 (a) of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016 /679).
Transfer of Your Personal Data: Your personal data may be transferred to EcoVadis Affiliates, including those located outside UE: EcoVadis (Mauritius) Ltd., EcoVadis (USA) Inc., EcoVadis (Hong Kong) Ltd., EcoVadis Tunisia Sarl, EcoVadis Canada Ltd). as a safeguard this transfer is governed by standard contractual clauses (Data controller to Data controller, or Data Controller to Data Processor) if the country is considered not ensuring an adequate level of protection.
For the purpose of the Recordings and processing of your personal data, EcoVadis may use providers (controllers or processors) based outside the European Union. As a safeguard, EcoVadis signed with them (Data controller to Data processor, and Data controller to Data Controller) standard contractual clauses.

Consent to release the Recordings
You hereby authorize EcoVadis to copy, exhibit, publish, distribute or otherwise use and disclose my testimonial Recording and any information in the Recording for the purposes of promoting EcoVadis in marketing materials, educational products and publications by means of the EcoVadis website and all social media activity tools, online and print tools.
I agree that I will make no monetary or other claim against EcoVadis for the use of the Recording. I waive the right of prior approval for the use of my Recordings and hereby release EcoVadis from all claims for damages of any kind based on the use of my Recording or information provided within the Recording.
I understand that providing this consent is voluntary. I have read the terms of Privacy Notice and Consent to release for the Recordings before acceptance and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of them.
